We played our first career as professional basketball players and led our teams to some great victories. Today we run our own company in Mallorca with the same discipline and structure. Your home is cared for by a well-rehearsed team of two, led by one of us or by a long-serving, experienced colleague. What homeowners ask us first.
Do you look after my house while I am away from Mallorca?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We carry out interior and exterior security and maintenance inspections on your schedule, from daily to monthly. We check appliances, toilets and waste systems and look for leaks, storm damage or pest infestation. Problems are fixed quickly and directly.
Can my house be prepared for my arrival?
Yes. When you arrive, the appliances are switched on and the boiler is already providing hot water. On request we also stock your fridge with the groceries you wish.
Do I need to provide cleaning materials or equipment?
No. We bring all cleaning products, materials and tools ourselves and need no storage space in your home.
Who actually comes to my house?
A well-rehearsed team of two, led by one of us, Alex or Didi, or by a long-serving, experienced colleague. We prefer to work as a pair, because four hands are more thorough and four eyes see more. Your team leader is your responsible contact on site.
How often should a house in Mallorca be cleaned?
Most of our clients book a weekly or fortnightly cleaning. The best rhythm depends on the size and use of your home, and we agree on it together with you.
Do you handle key handovers for holiday rentals?
Yes. Owners rely on us for cleaning and key handover on site, so the change between guests runs smoothly.
What does your service cost?
No two homes are alike, so we do not sell one-size-fits-all packages. After a free first visit to your property you receive an offer that fits your house and your wishes exactly.
Which languages do you speak?
You can reach us in English, German and Spanish, whichever you prefer.
