A good feeling even when you cannot be here: we take care of everything, so you do not have to take care of anything.
We carry out interior and exterior security and maintenance inspections on your schedule, from daily to monthly. Problems that arise are fixed immediately and resolved quickly.
We check that all appliances are working, including toilets and waste systems, and inspect the house for leaks, storm damage and pest infestation.
Before your arrival we switch on all appliances and the boiler already provides hot water. On request we stock your fridge with all the groceries you wish. We are also happy to assist you in dealing with local utility companies and other suppliers.
